Data Deletion

Email voxyz.developer@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include the email address used for your account or purchase and a short description of what you want deleted.

We may ask for information needed to confirm that you control the account, purchase email, GitHub username, or Cloud deployment connected to the request. We only ask for information needed to verify the request.

• Newsletter and marketing subscription data.
• Support request data when no longer needed for the request.
• Account profile data where deletion does not conflict with security or billing records.
• Cloud deployment metadata and diagnostics that are no longer needed to operate, secure, or support the service.
• Marketplace pack/listing drafts that belong to you where that product behavior exists.

Some data may need to be retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security, abuse investigation, legal claims, or proof of purchase and license history. Purchase records and invoices are the most common examples.

Deleted data may remain in backups until those backups rotate out. If data was shared with a service provider, we will take reasonable steps to handle the request with that provider when required and practical.

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests quickly and complete valid requests within a reasonable period. Some laws allow longer time for complex requests, identity verification, or legal retention review.
