This policy explains how refund review works for digital products and how Cloud cancellation works.

Playbook and packs

Playbook and pack purchases are digital products. Once private repository access, files, templates, or pack access is granted, refunds are not normally available.

Cloud subscriptions

Cloud subscriptions can be cancelled through the billing portal. Cancellation turns off future renewal. Access normally continues through the paid period unless the subscription ends earlier because of billing, abuse, or account issues. Unused time is not refunded automatically.

Refund exceptions we can review

  • Duplicate charge.
  • Non-delivery after support has had a reasonable chance to resolve access.
  • Accidental purchase before access was granted.
  • A documented critical defect that prevents use and cannot be resolved through support.

How to request a refund review

Email voxyz.developer@gmail.com with your purchase email, order or invoice information if available, and a short description of the issue. We review requests based on product access, delivery state, billing records, and support history.

What this does not promise

This policy does not create a blanket money-back guarantee, automatic unused-time refund, uptime service-level commitment, creator dispute process, or creator payout promise.
