Voxyz AI
Terms of Service
Last updated: April 30, 2026
These terms explain what you can use, what you are buying, and the boundaries that keep Voxyz AI safe to operate.
Operator and age requirement
Voxyz AI is operated by Haiwei Huang as a personal project. These terms apply to the Voxyz AI website, public content, Cloud, Playbook, Marketplace packs, support, and related services. You must be at least 16 years old to use the services. To make a purchase, you must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
If you use or buy Voxyz AI for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Products and product names
Playbook is the one-time practical setup path. Starter and Pro are legacy or internal tier names used for old buyer rights and billing metadata.
Cloud is a subscription product for a dedicated Agent Cloud workspace, underlying instance, and related setup path. Marketplace packs are installable or downloadable agent, persona, skill, or bundle materials. Voxyz Access and AI Credits are the Voxyz AI model access path for eligible Cloud deployments.
Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for keeping account credentials, GitHub access, Telegram access, Cloud setup details, and integration tokens secure. Tell us at voxyz.developer@gmail.com if you believe your account, purchase access, or deployment has been used without permission.
Voxyz Access and AI Credits
If you use Cloud with Voxyz Access, Voxyz AI operates a server-side model proxy for your deployment. Your prompts, conversation context, tool results, and model responses may pass through Voxyz AI to third-party model gateways or AI providers so your Cloud instance can answer requests.
Tenant containers receive only a scoped runtime token. Voxyz AI keeps the upstream model gateway key server-side. AI Credits are metered and capped; if your use reaches configured limits, model calls may fail closed until credits reset, more credits are available, or you switch to a bring-your-own-key provider.
Your content, AI outputs, and autonomous actions
You are responsible for the prompts, files, configuration, tool inputs, pack content, listing content, and other material you provide. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or unsafe for your use case. Review outputs before relying on them.
If you enable agent actions or integrations, you are responsible for supervising those actions, approving sensitive changes, keeping backups, and disabling automation that does not fit your workflow.
License and delivery
Paid Playbook and pack materials are licensed, not sold. You may use them in your own products, internal workflows, and commercial projects, but you may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly repost, or share private repository access with someone who has not purchased the required license.
Repository access depends on a valid purchase email, a valid GitHub username, and acceptance of the license boundary. If you do not have GitHub access, email voxyz.developer@gmail.com for an alternative delivery path.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Cloud subscriptions are managed through Stripe and the billing portal. Cancellation turns off future renewal. Unused time is not refunded automatically.
If payment fails, a charge is reversed, a chargeback is opened, or we suspect fraud or unauthorized access, we may suspend or remove access until the issue is resolved.
Playbook and pack purchases are digital products with immediate access. Refund exceptions are handled under the Refund Policy, including duplicate charge, non-delivery, critical defect review, or accidental purchase before access is granted.
Third-party services and integrations
Voxyz AI uses third-party services for payment processing, authentication, database, hosting, email, GitHub delivery, model gateways/providers, customer-specific channel links, and optional integrations. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Acceptable use
You may not use Voxyz AI to break laws, steal credentials, bypass security, send spam, distribute malware, infringe rights, harass others, scrape systems without permission, abuse quotas, or publish harmful pack/listing content. The full use rules live in the Acceptable Use policy.
Support
For support, billing questions, access recovery, deletion requests, or policy questions, email voxyz.developer@gmail.com. Purchase-only channel links may be provided for specific products, but email is the durable support path.
Intellectual property
Voxyz AI content, code, templates, designs, documentation, and product materials remain the property of Voxyz AI or its licensors. Your purchase grants the usage rights described here. It does not transfer ownership.
Disclaimers and changes
The site, materials, Cloud instance, packs, and AI outputs are provided as-is and may change. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any code, workflow, output, or advice for your own product, security, and compliance needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxyz AI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, loss of data, loss of business, third-party service failures, or choices you make based on AI outputs. For paid products, Voxyz AI total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Voxyz AI for the affected product in the three months before the event that created the claim.
We may update these terms when the product changes. The last-updated date on this page shows when the policy changed.
