• Email address, account identity, and support messages when you sign in, subscribe, buy, or ask for help.
• Purchase metadata from Stripe, including product, amount, customer email, checkout session, subscription state, and invoice details. We do not store full card numbers.
• GitHub username for Playbook repository invitations and access recovery.
• Telegram display name or ID if you join a buyers community group.
• Cloud setup choices, deployment metadata, runtime configuration, pack install intent, and operational diagnostics needed to run and support Cloud.
• Marketplace pack/listing metadata when you browse, draft, publish, install, or review packs where that product behavior exists.
• Analytics events such as page views, clicks, and feature usage.

If you use Voxyz Access, prompts, conversation context, tool results, and model responses may pass through Voxyz AI servers to Vercel AI Gateway and model providers so your Cloud instance can answer requests.

Voxyz AI keeps upstream gateway keys server-side. Tenant containers receive only a scoped runtime token. We may process request metadata, credit ledger events, diagnostics, and failure codes to meter AI Credits, enforce caps, debug failures, and protect the service.

We use data to deliver purchases, run Cloud, meter AI Credits, send account and product emails, recover repository access, provide support, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and meet accounting, tax, security, and legal obligations.

We use Stripe for payments, GitHub for repository delivery, Supabase for database and authentication, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting and analytics, Vercel AI Gateway and model providers for Voxyz Access model requests, and Telegram for buyer community groups.

Each service has its own privacy policy. We share only the data needed for that service to function.

We use cookies and browser local storage for authentication sessions, preferences, and product state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics, when enabled, is used to understand product usage and improve the site.

We keep data only as long as needed for delivery, support, operations, security, accounting, tax, and legal needs. Purchase records may be retained for accounting and tax compliance even after other data is deleted.

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal data we hold about you. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under privacy laws such as GDPR, UK GDPR, or California privacy law. We will handle requests based on your location, the data involved, and any legal retention obligations.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Voxyz AI. Purchases must be made by someone who is at least the age of majority where they live, or with permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We may update this policy as the product changes. The last-updated date on this page shows when the policy changed.
