voxyz Cloud

voxyz Cloud Office is where your AI employees go to work.

A fresh Cloud turns the default Hermes Agent into your first AI Employee: First Contact, routines, work history, and reviewable output. Hermes and OpenClaw remain runtime choices; you see one Cloud Office.

What voxyz Cloud Office is

A hosted Cloud Office for AI employees. One place for runtimes, access, memory, Routines, approvals, and launch.

  • One dedicated instance for your account.
  • The first AI employee uses the existing default Hermes Profile instead of silently creating a new Profile.
  • Hermes and OpenClaw are runtime choices that Cloud presents as one employee office.
  • Instance Knowledge for durable team facts and decisions.
  • Team Inbox and Work State surface approvals and live work in one panel.
  • Portal-only keeps results in the dashboard first; Telegram-connected turns on proactive delivery when you connect it.

Hermes + OpenClaw in one Cloud workspace

To the buyer, this is one Cloud Office, not two products. Hermes and OpenClaw can both carry employee entries, tasks, memory, tools, and reviewable state; Cloud turns the runtime choice into a clear product experience.

Hermes · Hermes

An optional agent runtime for employee entries, task scheduling, memory, skills, Dashboard, and API capabilities.

  • Employee entries
  • Tasks and scheduled runs
  • Memory / skills / API

OpenClaw · OpenClaw

An optional agent runtime for employee entries, sessions, workspace state, task scheduling, WebChat, and multi-entry routing.

  • Employee entries
  • Sessions and multi-entry work
  • WebChat / workspace / routines

The same Cloud instance can use Hermes or OpenClaw by configuration. The first employee bootstraps the default Hermes Profile; Instance Knowledge belongs to the Cloud layer, and the runtime executes the work.

What Cloud handles for you

You stop wiring these together.

Instance setup

A dedicated workspace provisioned for your account.

Runtime boot

Starts Hermes / OpenClaw and handles upgrades and health checks.

Instance Knowledge

Cloud-level memory for durable team facts and decisions.

Team Inbox / Work State

Approvals, in-progress work, and blockers in one panel.

Routine scheduling

Scheduled, event-based, or message-triggered runs.

Model access

Voxyz Access wired by default; BYOK toggle for heavier or controlled usage.

Launch links

Portal first; Telegram becomes proactive delivery after it is connected.

What you still control

Cloud handles the wiring. You handle the decisions.

Sources

Which systems an employee is allowed to see.

Approvals

Which actions must wait for your tap.

Model keys

Switch to BYOK whenever you want.

Employee behavior

Prompts, flows, personality, schedule are all editable.

Stop / revoke

Pause an action, pause an employee, or revoke access at any time.

How it connects to your first AI employee

Cloud Office is the workplace. The first employee bootstraps the default Hermes Profile: Portal-only for First Contact and the first result, Telegram-connected after you connect Telegram. Dedicated Profiles are an explicit isolation choice for later employees.

Morning Brief AI Employee

Turns the morning scan into a 2-minute brief you can see in Cloud Office, with proactive Telegram delivery after connection.

View use case

DIY VPS vs voxyz Cloud

Both paths can run Hermes + OpenClaw. The difference is who owns the ops work.

DIY VPS

  • You pick the host, open ports, upgrade the runtime.
  • You build the Instance Knowledge layer yourself.
  • Team Inbox, Work State, and routines do not exist out of the box.
  • You source and rotate model keys yourself.
  • When something breaks, you read logs, restart services, and fix config.

voxyz Cloud

  • Instance, runtime, memory, and launch links ready at boot.
  • Instance Knowledge and Team Inbox / Work State land with the workspace.
  • Voxyz Access by default; BYOK whenever you want.
  • Voxyz AI handles provisioning, upgrades, and health checks.
  • Hermes / OpenClaw runtime operation, upgrades, and health checks stay inside the same subscription.

Common questions

Is Cloud priced per AI employee?
No. Cloud is priced per workspace. One subscription can run multiple AI employees and includes the Hermes + OpenClaw path without per-runtime pricing.
How does Cloud relate to Playbook?
Cloud is the hosted workspace you can boot from a fresh account. Playbook is the build-it-yourself field guide. You can buy either or both.
Does the first AI employee create a new Hermes Profile?
No. The first employee bootstraps the default Hermes Profile with First Contact, Job, Routine, and channel intent. A dedicated Profile is only created later when you explicitly want isolated memory, channels, or responsibility.
I already own Pro. Anything to do?
Nothing changes. When you activate Cloud, the existing Cloud starter months still apply.

Let Cloud carry the wiring. You carry the decisions.

One Cloud Office runs your first AI employee. Over time, the same workspace can become the start of an AI-native team.
